Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted. It is important that you accurately provide your e-mail address. While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock, there may be times when we are out of stock. You will be notified by email of any backorders. Please note, due to spam protection measures by AOL, Hotmail and other popular email programs, emails may not reach the customer.

Delivery

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Depending upon the delivery service selected, domestic shipments may take 2-4 days and shipped with United States Postal Service Priority Mail(Depending on available stock some items can delay orders. In  these cases delivery can take 2-3 weeks). We DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY ANY PARTICULAR DATE!

Freight time for international shipments may take 6-28 days depending upon location. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be provided to you through your email at the time of shipping.

Shipping and Handling

All orders Received are processed within 24-72 hours.



Domestic Shipments: Polethongs.com utilizes a simple flat rate shipping method of $6.99, which includes Shipping, Handling and Insurance. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 2-5 days.

Express shipping is offered at a Flat Rate of $18.95, Shipping, Handling and Insurance. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 1-2 days.



International Shipments:

We offer USPS Global Priority for International shipments at the flat rate of $26.95.

Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 5-28 days. Depending on the Destination.

If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. All backordered items ship out via standard delivery service.

Shipments include delivery confirmation, which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and receipt by customer.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and Diners Club. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Our credit card transactions are always secure using the latest encryption technology. TRACK ORDER STATUS



Please note, once orders have been shipped, they may be tracked by visiting www.usps.com and entering the tracking number provided within the order's notes as well as sent to each customer via email upon shipping.



RETURN POLICY



To make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 20 days from the order date, in original condition with all tags intact, for a replacement, exchange or refund. Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging (for example, items that were shipped in a box need to be returned the same way).



By law, intimate apparel such as panties, thongs, g-strings, micro thongs, swimsuits, skirts, and tops cannot be returned once it has been tried on or worn. Additionally we do not warranty the durability of any item or guarantee whether its size will fit. 

E-mail us or call us 408-642-7023 immediately to let us know of your return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA #. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit. A 15% processing fee per item is applied to all returns. (In the event that the return is due to our error or faulty craftsmanship this fee will be waived)

DISPUTE RESOLUTION



In the unlikely event that an order is charged and not successfully delivered, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) in order to help resolve the problem. Please allow us fourteen business days to research, respond and resolve disputes from the day we confirm, in writing, receipt of your confirmation. Any and all bank fees resulting from contested/disputed credit card charges will be charged back to the customer if the aforementioned dispute resolution process has not been followed.

International Orders are shipped via Global Priority at the rate of $13.95.
